ADA Violations

I am looking for cases where a supervisor of an employee was jailed for ADA violations.

Your best bet is to go to the local public university law library and ask the librarian for help in finding the right "ADA reporter." Then, look in the index for criminal or contempt or incarceration.

I've never heard of jail time for an ADA violation on it's own merit, I suspect there has to be a lot more to it than that.
