I am going to apply for state disability after work related injury.

Can eligibility for disability be affected by insurance settlement,family income or bank assets and

what are the limits.

Your SDI benefit depends on the numbers of years you worked and how much contribution you have made to SDI(it works like Social Security benefits). You have to make sure that EDD knows that you injuries are work-related and you are not receiving any other benefits like temporary disability benefits directly from the insurance company or employer.
