Legal Question in Disability Law in California

How does CA State and Federal law apply for pregnancy disability and maternity l

My company has about 20 employees. Their policy states I may take up to 4 months unpaid pregnancy disability leave which guarantees my position after that I can take personal unpaid leave that has no guarantee of my position or salary. I have a pregnancy related disability (preeclampsia) that has me home on bed rest disability for the remaining 3.5 months of my pregnancy. This will leave only 2 weeks post delivery (assuming on time) to recover before I must be at work or my position is not guaranteed. Is this in line with all applicable state or federal laws?

Yes. In fact, the company isn't large enough to be subject to federal law. It only has to keep your job available for 4 months.
