Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Why did California Trial Judge violate a disabled mother's rights to maintain full-custody of disabled child when on day he was taken by CPS mother had referral medical appt. with Specialists at UC Davis ? This was violation of 14th Amendment under Constituion. States don't have to follow what Federal Laws and Courts guarantee for Parental RIghts?

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but there are no parental rights. People's children can be taken, forever, on the whim of a government social worker.
