is there a way to change your age? i want to be a years older, to excell in the world faster.

You can't legally change your date of birth. People of all ages succeed (or fail) in the world for a variety of reasons, usually being one year too young is not one of them. You can accelerate the aging process. Just take up smoking and drinking.
