Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I need to change my age by 2 yrs older, i was born late on one wich has affected my schooling my & jobs as well, my attire life iv lived 5 years older puberty friends etc. i even look 5 yrs older no one ever as ever guessed my age under at least 20, my maturity is very well w etiquette standards as well, my thing is i have found my love we want to get married my family approve and love him as well but his fam dont like me one cuase im not russian & cuase im under aged and there not to fond of there son being w someone period it would be easier if i were of age so we could move in & get married since his fam threaten him by takeing things away from him if he dont stop talking to me, hes 22 i know pathetic but if i could change my age to be 18 i could finally make a home w him is there any possible way to do so or at least make it legal for us to marry?

Why would you think that there is a law that permits you to made a false factual statement? You certainly do not write as a mature person would. Perhaps his parents are correct that he should not be courting jail time for statutory rape [I assume you have had sexual relations] by dating a minor. It seems he is probably taking advnatage of you; if his parents think they can get him to co-operate by threatening to take things away from him you know he values material objects more than relationships. That you blame your age for numerous problems suggests a lack of maturity on your part. If he really loves you can both of you not want until you are at least 18?
