Legal Question in Disability Law in California
a charge on my account was made by L.A. fitness after i got a letter of cancellation that confirms no balance is due on the account and that the account is closed. on thop of that, i got a letter from them notifying me that another charge is going to be made. i asked the manager to show me where and when i agreed to these charges and failed. the manager offered to pay me back for the charges but refuses to pay the overdraft fees that compose the majority of my loss. what should i do? small claims?

Ask your bank to forgive the charges based on the fact that L.A. Fitness states that they should not have charged them. Many times, a bank will do that for a customer.
If they do not, sue L.A. Fitness in Small Claims Court.
