Legal Question in Disability Law in California
After my contractor was paid in full for completion of work, he handed me an additional bill for hours spent running around for supplies. He threatens to put a lien on my home if I don't pay him. What recourse do I have?

Report him to the State Contracting Board for licensed contractors and ask for their help. Sometimes they are helpful.
