Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I've been diagnosed with Panic Disorder, and was out on medical leave for approx. 7 months. I returned to work on 1/20/2011, and 5 days from my return, I was given a Final Written Warning for Poor Performance. I've decided to quit my job in lieu of being discharged.

The few facts you cite fail to demonstrate why you were given the poor performance evaluation and whether there was an inapproprate discrimination against you. You must provide more information.
