Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Disability Discrimination?

Driving through the mountains I get pulled over for speeding the officer asks for my license which is an out of state license so I gave him also my food stamp ID because it shows my current address [ I have one because I'm and have been disabled for the last 10 it took all the money I had to get here where my family is; and needed this for this month possible the next to survive. Anyway the officer says "So your from bla-bla state and you've come here to mouch off California's welfare?" I reply "No" he says "Sure looks that way to me" I say "I'm not on welfare I disabled and have been on disability for the past ten years" he goes on with this lecture on how if it were not for people like me maybe he could retire sooner because his pension would be bigger and futher admits to being prejudice against people like me. By the way I'm as far as anyone would guess white in ethnicity. So was he.

"Disability Discrimination....Police Abuse"

Find out what this officer's command is, and who to file a civilian complaint with inwhatever state you were in. (Geographically, not philosophically.) Do the world a favor and follow up on it, until you have been able to file a sworn complaint against him somewhere.....sooner or later cops like this end up putting a .9mm in your face and blowing your head off. No joke...in a responsible department this clown could not have passed his MMPI or Rorschach tests.
