Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Re: Discrimination in hiring

If you can prove your former boss is saying these things, you may have a basis for a claim against him for a violation of your medical confidentiality and, possibly, a statute that makes it unlawful to blackball employees. You should confer with an experienced employment law attorney in your area to assess the evidence and your options.
