filing an answer
I am being sued by a creditor. I filed an answer and now i need to file a proof of summons. WHat is the procedure?

Stop. Have the complaint and your answer looked at by an attorney, in person. If you have a good defense to the lawsuit, most credit contracts provide for payment of attorney fees to the winning party, so you have nothing to lose by using an attorney.
