Legal Question in Disability Law in California
gate closure
for 6 months i have battled my association. while on vacation a heavy duty gate closure was placed on a gate replacing the workable gate closure. with my disability (brain tumor operation with partial loss of equalibrium) the gate pressure throws me off balance. the new management co. lowered the pressure(after nearly falling over) but gate closure still wrong for me. they will not change unless i sue.
