Legal Question in Disability Law in California
I was leaving a Wendys fast Food Parking lot. There was water running down the drive. it looked like two puddles of water at the exit driveway. As I drove out my car went off into huge potholes. These potloles were over 8 inches in depth. I sustained frontend damage to my car. I went into speak to a manager she said they have been there for 2 years. The regional repl said for me to turn it over to my insurance and they will pay my deductable. my Ins. lady says no way thats a claim against me .. my car has 1800.00 damage. two motor struts and cracked bumper. Is Wendys liable ??? this has been since dec 10 ,2010...

This is not a disability case so please post in correct forum. Pretty straight forward just sue them. Don't listen to what people say is the law because they will generally deny culpability.
