Legal Question in Disability Law in California
I live in California. I own a timeshare in California. The collections department stated that I am still liable to pay the back assessments just not the late fess while I was in BK. Why aren't the assessments erased and why am I still stuck with the timeshare? Why aren't they sending notices to me?
