Legal Question in Disability Law in California
Are migraines covered under Americans with Disabilities Act? I am a part-time employee working 20 hours/week and sometimes (maybe 1-2 times a month get migraines which prevent me from coming to work). Would I be covered under the ADA? I do not qualify for FMLA because I don't work enough hours.
