Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I am mobility impaired ADA parolee. Parole was paying my rent in a sober living home due to my disability. They suddenly decided to stop paying the rent. As a result I am currently being evicted by the Landlord. The parole department says they will provide housing for me thru SASCA I have no drug covictions and am agnostic in my religous beliefs. Can they stop paying my rent arbitrarily and force me to go to rehab?
