Legal Question in Disability Law in California
Parking
Is it legal for a parking network to charge people with disability plates or handicapped stickers? This is a parking site for a medical building. I do believe it is private property and not owned by the hospital.

Re: Parking
Not sure what you are asking but if you want to know whether persons with disabilities are exempt from having to pay for parking, the answer is no. Disability discrimination laws are designed to provide equal rights for persons with disabilities. They are not designed to grant special privileges.
