Legal Question in Disability Law in California

there is a public service announcement that is targeted at people in wheel chairs. This message is to inform them that some disabilities are not always noticeable and that they should not question weather or not they need a parking space.

A constant state of being offended by people who use blue placards as a parking pass. If I can't question them, then take my image off the sign

it is degrading hurtful disrespectful and mostly OFFENSIVE.

I'm sorry if you feel you resemble the stick figure in a wheelchair depicted on the sign, but you're not a doctor and you don't have the power to diagnose or judge people's disabilities or lack thereof by looking at them. If they have a placard, and they're using their own placard, yes, it is a parking pass. If you are certain that someone is improperly using a placard, call the police.
