I have a question.
I am planing to get married and wanna know something.
I have a property in my name and wanna know what can happened after marriage, does this property is going to belong to my wife too?

If you own the property outright, then it will remain as your separate property unless you take steps otherwise.
However, if you use community property funds (such as wages earned or any other monies earned during the marriage), to maintain or pay for the mortgage on the property, your spouse will vest an interest in the property proportionate to the amounts spent.
If you are worried about the transformation of your property from separate to community property, see a competent family law attorney about drafting a prenuptial agreement.
