retaliation after I filed the injury incident report was fired 2 days later

I received 4 constructive warnings

1st constructive disciplinary Exh A : That day I have a fever of 103 and bronchitis. while I was waiting for elevator ,I walk to the water fountain for water to take my medication. My boss saw me left the pt�s requisition on the machine face up. He called me to his office and give me the disciplinary warning paper. I walk out of his office and said it is uncalled for I have a fever and sick, I remain at work because the department was so busy . I was with good faith , trying to help out . I got discipline and written up. They heard that and have a tech watching me , walk me to the Nurse station and confirmed the fever of 103 and bronchitis..... They afraid I might fake by drinking hot coffee, My Supervisor have someone watch me and take me to the nurse. The Union Representative said

My boss should give any employees 3 verbal before he can put anyone in disciplinary warning ,it is against Union Rule....... if they do that no one can enjoy retirement at the hospital because 3 warnings they can fired the employee
