seeking atty in san diego area
I an attorney to represent me in a case involving disability discrimination in the post-secondary education context.

This is a forum for the public to ask questions regarding legal issues and attorneys to answer those questions. Generally speaking if an institution fails to make reasonable accomodations to allow one with a disability to participate in the benefits that are offered to the general public, then, that institution may be subject to a suit for damages, statutory and general.
