You need a worker's compensation applicant attorney to discuss your options. Your on-the-job injury is what is referred to as an "industrial injury", both the earlier injury and the reinjury.
Let me know if you would like to discuss options.

Your employer needs to find a modified work for you otherwise you have to go on disability. Because your employer is represented by an attorney, you are making a mistake by not seeking representation by an experienced and competent worker's compensation attorney. This so-called meeting can be a deposition and it would be a major mistake for you to show up and answer questions without any preparation and presence of an attorney.
