Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I sufferd an injury at work in california a little over 3 years ago. I broke my wrist and never got workers compinsation or anything. Can I still sue?

If the employer knew of your injury or provided benefits, you might still be able to file for workers' compensation. Consult an attorney.
