Legal Question in Disability Law in California

The tenant below us is complaining, to a point of harrassing, that we are noisy. I live alone, work full time, and since I moved to my condo, I've had one house warming party. I have tile floors which he complaints about. He filed a small claims lawsuit. How do I fight back
