i wanna sue a lady who acts like shes sick the government pays her. when they go check up on her she lays down acts sick ones they leave she gets up and leaves with friends and goes out to party i need help

Based upon what you have said, you can report her to the gaovernment but you do not have standing to sue her as there is no direct damage to you.
