Wheel chair access
My daughter needs a number [6] of wheel chair accessible curb cuts to enable her to travel back and forth to school without having to travel in the road with the cars.Manhattan beach city seems to be evading this problem, is there any recourse.

"no qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of the services, programs, or activities of a public entity, or be subjected to discrimination by any such entity.
