501c3 Non-Profit Meetings

Does an Executive Session or a Special meeting need minutes need minutes filed.

I do not know much about such rules, but if the meeting is on a subject that is confidential, then any minutes taken would also be confidential. Minutes probably do have to be kept, but doing so will not be to your advantage unless you can see them. Often the minutes speak about the subject just in very general terms so that all you know is that discpline against an employee was discussed.
