name change

Hi, my huisbands name is spelled different ways on every document, --driver license, social security and passport. Whats the correct way to change all 3 of them so they are excatly the same in California? Thanks

Assuming all of these documents were legitimately obtained, just with typos, then you would need to consult the various agencies from which you obtain the documents. For the driver's license, check out the DMV's website; for the social security card, check out the Social Security Administration's website; for the passport, consult the website of the federal agency from which you obtain passports, whatever that may be. I'm sure they'll have some kind of Q&A section on their website. There will probably be lots of forms to fill out and lines to stand in.
