Destroyed medical records
The Ridout Hospital destroyed medical reords needed for my Agent Orange exposure claim.
Can I hold them accountable for my needed claim?

California statutes require hospitals to retain records for a period of I believe seven years. If agent orange is your issue, we might be talking Vietnam era and thereafter. If these records were of treatment within the last seven years, look into it further, and/or give me a call. If older, there's not much you can do.
