My flying club is requiring everyone to wear a badge which contains date of birth (including the year), weight, and height information. Is this legal or illegal? Can you please provide me detailed answer please! Thank you!

It's legal. A right to privacy attaches to things that are government-sponsored or supported. If this is an unsubsidized private club, it can legally do pretty much as it pleases and you can decide to participate or not, as you please. The government does not yet regulate every aspect of human behavior.
