Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
my next door neighbor is a small shopping center, this last rain , the rain water went into few stores, the landlord of the shopping center , said because of your land made the rain water flood into their property, Who has to take care the incident.?

If I remember correctly, natural runoff does not result in liability of the land owner. You might be responsible for water running off your land only if you had done something to change the natural flow significantly and harmfully.
