Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

Filing opposition to summary judgment

I filed an ex parte application and the judge agreed to continue the summary judgment, or summary adjudication hearing date set by the defendant's counsel.

Do I need to file my opposition to the summary judgment at least 14 days prior to the original date, or prior to the new date set by the court?

I appreciate your response.

The time limit should be determined using the new date.

Prior to the new date, unless the ex-parte order states otherwise.
