Now that you need one, several preliminary questions arise: Should you wait until the appeals period runs out before beginning enforcement? Is the decision enforceable as a judgment? I do agree that you'll be better off with someone who has made at least a semi-specialty of this kind of case. The hourly rate is not so important as getting the job done within the minimum hours, and that's where experience is so helpful.
