Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
my grandson is a ward of the court, he also ran from the group home he was in., 5 months ago Sunday night he was driving a stolen car and San Pablo police shot him in the head. He is 15 years old. Who do I speak with to get permission to see him?

Either the police agency that is holding him or the probation department that was supervising him should be able to authorize a visit.
