Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
this is a homework assignment: we are to phrase every word involved in the client's research problem at least ten different ways. Here's the problem: Your office's client, Ms. Jones, has recently been arrested for trespass. It seems that Ms. Jones was attending an NFL football game, and during halftime she used the "Men's Restroom" at the stadium because the line to the women's restroom was, in her words, "excessively long/" She was charged with trespass under a municipal ordinance.

The attorneys on this site normally do not answer homework problems. There was, I believe, an actual trial on a similar fact pattern. It is not an administrative law question.
