what happens after 13 years pass to the judgement?

Re: judgment almost over 13years
A judgment is good for 10 years but can be renewed before that period passes. If it has not been renewed it is no longer enforceable. You can go to California statutes to look up the sections cited, but the Court destroys files once nothing more can be done on them [to save space].
