Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
I live in a trailer park my aunt owns the trailer i live there alone with my 2 kids legaly can they make me leave without a 30 day notice or something? They keep saying a cop will b comeing to escort me out i havent done anything wrong and my name is not on any kind of lease or anything

No, if you are the lease holder on a valid lease, the law provides you with some protections. Your landlord can't just kick you out and must go through the eviction process. The length of that proceeding varies, but he cannot have the Sheriff remove you as early as tomorrow, for example, so don't worry about that for now.
What is the basis of the eviction?
