Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

living trust

The Lawyer that made up my sisters living trust has retired & my neice cannot find any papers pertaining to the trust. My sister died & I would like to know if their is holding place that would keep records that retired lawyers made up

The county bar association or the State Bar of California might be able to locate his successor or firm.... try www.calbar.ca.gov. and enter his name in the attorney finder function, or give them a call.
