If I marry and I own property and have my on banking, does it stay mine

Yes, as long as you keep it that way and do not commingle it with community property. Keep it seperate property and you should be okay.

I agree. Also note that money you earn, or that your spouse earns, from wages and salaries is community property after you marry, so don't deposit your paycheck in your separate-property bank account; that would be commingling. Similarly, using your earnings to reduce the principal balance on a mortgage on your separate property may result in the marital community acquiring a sliver of an interest in that property.
