Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
M.D. title on business card
I have M.D. degree from other country than U.S. If I am only doing research and/or management (not practice medicine), can I have M.D. title on my business card?

This would be a misdemeanor under Business and Professions Code section 2054.

Re: M.D. title on business card
If it is important to you to communicate to others that you have a M.D. degree, since you can not put that on your business card, you could probably, space allowing, put what schools you graduated from with what degrees [or just your medical school]. To be safe, call the State Medical Association and ask them if they would object to that.
