i missed my court date to expunge my crime done 7 years ago. What happens next. What steps do i need to take next.

If you had a probation officer contact that person and ask them to initiate the expungement process. If you did not have a probation officer you can contact the Probation Department to provide you with the necessary paperwork. You can also contact the court clerk where you were sentenced for help in accessing the necessary paperwork. You have not waived anything except that the offense remains on your record until it is expunged. Good luck.
