I am a Correctional Case Records Analyst at Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, Ca. (619) 661-6500 Ext. 5214 M. Alonzo, CCRA. I have Inmate ANAYA, A. CASE# 1434638 in our custody out of Stanislaus for Assault w/force GBI likely. I am requesting the PLEA AGREEMENT Transcript for Parole Audit purposes on this specific Penal Code of PC245(A)(1). He is scheduled to release in Jan. 2013. The Plea Agreement is not in his central file in our Records Office. The Superior Court asked me to contact you. Please contact me. Thank you.
