Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
First, Thank you to the person who responded to my earlier question concerning the cost of getting the administrative record for a petition for a writ of mandamus.
My NEXT question is how does the superior court obtain the administrative record? Do I ask for it to be provided in the summons to the agency I am suing? Or am I expected to have it before I file the petition? Who verifies that the entire record is presented and not "missing" certain documents?
yes, I'm Pro Se if you haven't noticed, not by choice, but trying to do the best I can so as to not anger the judge with silly technical mistakes...
