Re: School Board
Bringing a lawsuit against any governmental body or public agency, whether it is "city hall" or the school board, is a somewhat difficult and technical process that requires going through claim procedures that are much more complex than you would encounter in suing a private party. If, however, you have tried handling this with the school principal to no avail, maybe it is time to ask for a free initial consultation with a lawyer in your community who has experience in bringing suit against public agencies.
