i m mumbai based budding lawyer, interested mainly in documentations. can someone guide me how and when to apply? eligibility criteria, practical benefit, worth of doing it/

I do not really understand your question. Are you in India. In USA all lawyers can handle any type of case, there is no division between one who gets cases and one who tries them. Please reword your questions so that I can try to answer them.
