Legal Question in Administrative Law in California
We wove in a small town and I was wondering If a duputy sheriff lives with a district attorney how that plays out when there are cases that both are involved in. It's possibly a romantic situation on the side

I'm somewhat doubtful that such a relationship between a sheriff and a DA would affect the validity of any cases brought by the DA, at least without further proof that such cases were being improperly brought or tried. If a judge were involved, it'd be a different matter. Sheriffs and DAs are basically on the same side.
