How do you appeal a misdemeanor sentence of requirement to register under pc290? The Appellate Court of the state said they don't handle misdemeanors.

Misdemeanor appeals are handled by the appellate division of the Superior Court, not by the Court of Appeal. They must be filed before time runs out, and it sounds like you have already used some -- perhaps all -- of your time. You should act right away to preserve your rights.
