Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
Appealing a Court decision in Family Court
The judge ruled that I did not present a change of circumstances, but now I learn that a change of circumstances is not required to alter custody and visitation. What do I do? The Case was heard last year in March 2007. Can I appeal?

In all likelihood it is too late for you to appeal, but I cannot say for sure without first seeing a copy of the court's order (with the file stamp date on it).
If you would like me to take a look at it, please email me and I will provide my fax number.
I am a certified appellate law specialist with much experience in family law appeals.
