Appealing Government Code 8214.1(b)
Are there any cases in California where the appeal of Government Code 8214.1(b), was won. If so where can I find listings of such cases.

There are no reported cases involving successful challenges to a denial under this section (which involves revocation of or refusal to grant a commission as a notary public as a result of certain types of criminal conviction).
The Secretary of State has discretionary authority to act under this section, and as long as his actions are based on an accurate record there is little that can be done to overturn his decision.
